Reputation Domain Scan

Deserved Reputation is rarely uniform. An organization may be trusted for its products while employees are under strain, praised for growth while governance is weak, or admired for leadership while external costs are pushed onto communities.

The Domain Scan helps leaders identify which parts of the organization are reinforcing trust, which may be carrying hidden fragility, and where deeper attention may be needed before weakness becomes visible.

The scan is an initial self-assessment. It does not replace deeper analysis of company data, stakeholder signals, governance practices, financial exposure, culture, product risk, or strategic decisions.

Time required: 4–5 minutes
Format: 12 questions
Output: Initial six-domain reputation profile

Which Domains Are Strongest vs. Weakest?

AT RISK

The domain appears weakly supported; costs may be pushed downward, outward, or forward until scrutiny, crisis, or stakeholder pressure exposes the gap.

VULNERABLE

The domain may rely on informal practices, delayed escalation, or uneven accountability, making trust less durable under pressure.

SUPPORTED

The domain’s structure appears solid, but some tradeoffs or accountability gaps may need closer attention.

STRONG

The domain appears to have clear ownership, functioning controls, and practices that can absorb pressure before costs travel outward.

Executive accountability for decisions, commitments, and stakeholder consequences.
Governance oversight, regulatory expectations, and institutional accountability.
